Esteemed partners,

Dear colleagues and students,

we live in a challenging epoch. Environmental and social deadlocks, persisting economic crises, escalation of conflicts especially in our region, the pandemic, but on the other hand the enhanced development of our technological potentials and the growing willingness of younger generations for democracy, respect, fairness, sustainability and cooperation, all this sharpness the challenges we need to face.

I am convinced that our Association will prove to be one of the most significant “instruments” for a progressive way-out.

I wish you, your family, friends and colleagues health, hope and creativity – may the New Year be full of personal contacts, joy and prosperity.

Many greetings from ASECU,

Prof. Grigoris Zarotiadis

President of the Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region (ASECU)

Dear partner universities,

Dear ASECUers,

Addressing this Greeting eCard, I once again realized how wonderful was the time we had a chance to meet, interact, generate and co-create in the frame of ASECU and ASECU Youth events. The outgoing year is undeniably challenging, but it made us appreciate every opportunity we had before. I hope and anticipate that the upcoming year 2021 will bring us the chance to organize our traditional scientific events physically and initiate new joint projects.

Let me address my sincere gratitude to each of you for choosing ASECU and ASECU Youth as a platform for an international academic dialogue, knowledge and experience exchange. I wish you to realize your professional plans, discover new opportunities for your success and development and feel happy for what you are doing. May your heart be filled with joy and peace, may the spirit of the season bring you closer to those whom you cherish so much and bless you, your family and friends with greater strength.

Happy Holiday Season!

Best wishes and kind regards,

Milena Balanova

President of the Students’ Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region (ASECU Youth)
